Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth running of our AI training sessions.

Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows:

• 8 days or more before the session:
  Refunds can be requested or you may transfer your booking to an alternative available date.

• Within 7 days of the session:
  You are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Within 24 hours of the session:
  No refund will be issued.

To cancel or request a date transfer, please contact us via email at nick@dirtytrainers.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations by Dirty Trainers

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session if fewer than 4 participants are booked.

In such cases, you will be offered the choice of:

• Transferring your booking to an alternative date
  or

• Receiving a full refund

We will provide at least 48 hours' notice where possible.
